Firefly Store Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Most Firefly merchandise is stocked and ships from our fulfillment center.
In-stock items typically process within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Some specialty or limited-run products may be made to order (print-on-demand) and require 3–7 business days of production before shipping.
If an item is made to order, this will be noted on the product page.

During high-demand periods, such as mission launches, lunar landings, special releases, or major company events, order volumes may significantly increase. In these cases, processing times may extend slightly as we work through backlogged orders. We appreciate your patience during these exciting moments.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days depending on destination

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our facility.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once a new address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
